These coaches represent some of the 'toplight' coaches introduced by G J Churchward between 1907 and 1922. They became the most prevalent design during the 'Edwardian' design phase having derived from the Dreadnought and Concertina stock.
The kit consists of an etched floor and bogie mounts, aluminium roof profile, white metal ends and detailing, etched trussing, brass buffers, plastic ventilators, combined with pre printed interior and GWR livery sides with full screen printed lining. This allows the modeller to avoid the highly challenging task of painting the lined GWR liveries.
You will need a pair of suitable bogies. A variety of etched GWR bogies are available along with mounts for the Dapol RTR bogies, or Graham Farish Mark 1 bogies, although somewhat inaccurate, can be substituted for an easier build.
Full instructions are included as well as information on how to build the kit without soldering if so desired.

This kit is now sold out. The last of the printed sides has been used up and it's not commercially viable to redo all the screen printing to reissue it in the low volumes at which these kits sell. If you can source the sides from elsewhere then we can still provide all the other parts.
